Established in 2008, Appliance Marshall Repair started as a one-man operation and has now grown into a flourishing small business equipped for not only appliance service but installation as well. Owner Marshall Morici began his career in the appliance industry nearly 20 years ago working for service companies in the northwest suburbs before venturing out on his own. In the 15+ years since then, the company has continued to grow. We have four full-time field technicians and a full-time shop manager/installation assistant available for diagnosis and repair, and the three ladies in the office are always ready to help facilitate your quote approvals and scheduling.

Marshall, now in his late 30s, developed an interest in obscure, unique, and high-end appliances early on in his career, seeking out challenges to hone his skillset and find his niche in the market. While the technicians are equipped to handle nearly any residential appliance, whether foreign, domestic, built-in, or stand-alone, the true focus of the company lies in digging into the more refined, evolved, and specialized equipment. One of the company’s slogans is “We will fix what other companies can’t or won’t!” 

Our company is factory affiliated and authorized to service many brands including the entire Bosch/Thermador/Gaggenau/Siemens family, Miele, Dacor, Fisher & Paykel/DCS, Viking, AGA Marvel, Scotsman, LaCanche, LaCornue, Ariston, Broan/Best by Broan, Blue Star, Zephyr, Lynx Grills, Kalamazoo Grills, Speed Queen, Liebherr, and more. As potential customers, what this means for you is not only are we capable of repairing your highly specialized investments, but we can seek out OEM replacement parts and oftentimes restore older machines to their original glory with knowledge and direct support from the manufacturers for the brands we hold affiliation with. While we are not affiliated with all the brand names you may utilize, we can still provide service and complete repairs in a hassle-free manner. Rest assured, if you have a Sub-Zero refrigeration product or Wolf cooking equipment, Appliance Marshall Repair is well-versed, competent, and prepared to repair those items as well. We know appliances are an investment, and we are invested in sustaining their longevity to best suit your household for years to come. 

Beyond repairs, we also provide delivery and installation services. We can coordinate our fleet, if necessary, for larger installation jobs that typically require multiple men and vehicles as well as extended time. We can install your new full kitchen post-remodel, including ranges, refrigerators, cooktops, wall ovens, coffee machines, dishwashers, warming drawers, ventilation hoods or downdrafts, garbage disposals, and more. We also offer installation services for washers and dryers as well as dryer vent cleaning or replacement. Spring through Fall, when the weather cooperates, we service high-end residential grills such as Kalamazoo, Viking, Lynx, DCS, Dacor, and more. In addition to our in-home services, we also offer the option of in-shop service for those who are to be able to drop their units off at our location for assessment and repair. We recondition and re-sell refurbished machines out of our showroom in Cary. When you pick up the phone and call our office, we will explain the process of a service call, what fee you can expect, and when you can expect a firm appointment window. Our technicians will call you en route to your home on the day of service, and explain what they’ve found with your machine as well as any further charges to complete your repair. If we have to order parts, the office will call you the same day they arrive to get you back into the schedule and have your machine up and running as quickly as possible.
