This Self Cleaning DCS Range is well designed with a Euro Style Oven Handle, and has many convenient and inventive functions built in to make it a nice high-end addition to your kitchen.

It boasts 5 Sealed Dual Flow Burners, with the center burner capable of delivering 17,000 BTUs. The top of the range is completely sealed for easy cleanup. DCS builds all of its Ranges with Platform stlye stovetop grates which make it easy to slide cookware from one burner to another without lifting. This means easier and safer cooking.

These Ranges also offer consistently lower Simmer Temperatures. Turn other residential burners down to simmer and the flame looks much the same as before, only smaller. This is not so with a DCS Range. The primary flame on our sealed Dual Flow Burners shuts off automatically when you turn it to simmer, leaving a smaller “retention flame” burning. This allows you to maintain a constant simmer temperature as low as 140 degrees, for an efficient and safe simmer. This means no more scalding delicate sauces.

The Convection Oven has 4.1 Cu.Ft. of space and 3 Oven Racks, adjustable to 4 positions. The oven also comes with a powerful Glass Sealed Infrared Broiler. The broiler on most regular ranges emit “convected” heat into the rest of the oven. After a few minutes your precious steak begins to bake, not broil. DCS has taken measures to present this source of error in your cooking by putting the broiler behind glass, which has been proven to help the food cook more quickly and at a higher temperature than convected heat.
